MILITARY SERVICE SHOULD BE MANDATORY

This essay is concerned with the issue of should military service be mandatory. In Peru military service used to be mandatory but after 1999 appears a law that makes military service voluntary, all this happen during the second goverment of Fujimori.

I am disagree service military should be mandatory for all the peruvians. Some person who spend his time doing bad and disgusting things like criminals should be in military service mandatorily and for others should be voluntary, in this case depends if the person has a pasion for militia and if they choose to be there it is also aceptable.
Im convinced that the goverment will decide rigth. Until now the military service is voluntary for the peruvian people but i belive this will change for our good.
