In this
essay, I would like to begin this reflection about equal opportunities in the
labor market with a quote from Charlotte of Barcino, she said: "The
business world is a complex world, and not the model of men's work or women can
provide balanced organization without the complement of the other. But it is
not only necessary to balance the masculine and feminine skills within the
organization; it is also necessary that this balance is given to every man and
woman because, as people enrich each other.
Traditionally
male presence dominate in companies, which tended to create environments fierce
competition, lack of communication, individualistic attitudes and a huge
bureaucracy. Today, however, we can already begin to imagine a different
working environment, if we are able to combine the skills of men and women in
relation to work.
Throughout
my research I noticed that there are many reasons for gender equality in the
company, of which the highlights were:

environment.

In
conclusion, I’m totally convinced that he role of women is crucial for
organizations to achieve success or maintain their position; even they are
promoters of social change. 20% of companies with better financial results have
a majority proportion of women in leadership positions, but there are still
lags in labor matters.
The power
of women is undeniable: their ability to work in teams, to relate his vision to
face difficulties and empathy are qualities that make them key parts for
organizations and the social environment.
