WOMEN WILL NEVER BE EQUAL TO MEN IN THE WORKPLACE.

In this essay, I would like to begin this reflection about equal opportunities in the labor market with a quote from Charlotte of Barcino, she said: "The business world is a complex world, and not the model of men's work or women can provide balanced organization without the complement of the other. But it is not only necessary to balance the masculine and feminine skills within the organization; it is also necessary that this balance is given to every man and woman because, as people enrich each other.

Traditionally male presence dominate in companies, which tended to create environments fierce competition, lack of communication, individualistic attitudes and a huge bureaucracy. Today, however, we can already begin to imagine a different working environment, if we are able to combine the skills of men and women in relation to work.

Throughout my research I noticed that there are many reasons for gender equality in the company, of which the highlights were:
·         Brunt of the emotional life: They tend to be more geared to the person and their needs and thus contribute to improving the working environment in a company. They possess the ability to resolve conflicts talking
·         Multifocus: women have in many cases the ability to perform various tasks within the organization with versatility, the "multitasking" ability.
·         Unlimited communication: women often have the ability to resolve conflicts by talking, which is essential in an organization as a model of true communication.
·         Emotional competencies: five races in which women outnumber men in business: listening, empathy, teamwork, conflict resolution and feedback.
·         Diversity: there is increasing evidence that the coexistence of men and women in the same environment makes teams are more creative and have a better working environment.
·         Cohesion: While women often use to join, men show a greater tendency to separate and order.
·         Teamwork: Their skills are more oriented teamwork and are designed to share the space and tasks.

In conclusion, I’m totally convinced that he role of women is crucial for organizations to achieve success or maintain their position; even they are promoters of social change. 20% of companies with better financial results have a majority proportion of women in leadership positions, but there are still lags in labor matters.

The power of women is undeniable: their ability to work in teams, to relate his vision to face difficulties and empathy are qualities that make them key parts for organizations and the social environment.
