Women will never be equal to men in the workplace
In this essay, I will consider that men and women should be
the same rights and the same treated because they are equally important.
We know for decades women were seen and not heard, were left at home to
do “women’s work”, and were not seen as equals to men. Nowadays this idea stop
and women have the right to the same education, to achieve the same financial
success, and the same right to go after their dreams as men do. Also men do need to know and understand what women
want, exactly, and if women want equality, that’s great, but if women want to
be treated like men, that’s another thing. The truth is, men don’t treat each
other all that well. When women are saying should be paid the same as men, or
when they are saying should be given the same opportunities. It’s ok. But if the societies are saying women should
be treated like men, it’s incorrect. It’s important to recognize that.
One group in the society believe in the equality in the workplace is to
achieve broadly equal outcomes for women and men. To achieve this requires: workplaces
to provide equal pay for women and men for work of equal or comparable value, access
to all occupations and industries, and elimination of discrimination on the
basis of gender, particularly in relation to family and caring responsibilities
for both women and men.
Another gropu said men and women can be just as different in the
professional world as they are in their personal lives. What executives are
just beginning to understand is that these differences can be great for
business.
Mario Vittone said that the women are better than man . He support this
with four ideas: Women are smarted, better negotiatios, sellers,
leaders/managers than man. He said that woman have smarts like “relationship
smart”, “conversational smart”, and “intuitive smart” ( three very powerful
business). Woman have an ability to put themselves in their counterparts shoes.
They are comprehensive, attentive, details communication style, curious and
attentive listeners, strong sense of fairness and ability to persuade,
Proactive risk managers, collaborative decision makers and more qualities that
man don’t have easily. Women are good employees, they are good at work. For
another hand , typically ,men are linear in thought process and more narrow in
their focus, so they are able to break down problems into their component parts
and solve it.
In conclusion, I am conviced that men and woman do good things about
their abilities and improve them. For this the do better than past
