  1. About "How to speak so that people want to listen":
The human voice will be a powerful sound if people use their voice properly, to achieve this, all people have to leave a few bad habits called "The seven sins of speaking": gossip, judging, negativity, complaining, excuses, lying and dogmatism; also we have to follow four foundations, this things spell a word: HAIL, it mean honesty, authenticity, integrity and love.
Our voice is a incredible instrument, it is similar a toolbox, but its tools are: register, timbre, prosody, pace (including the silence), pitch and volume. If someone use these tools, he or she will make the best dialogue; also the people can practice exercises for warm up your voice, in the video the author show us six exercises vocal like breath exercises, exercises for lips and tongue, that we have to do before to speak.
If all people follow this instructions, our world will best, because things like wars, discussion, conflicts, etc. can be solved by dialogue. All we will need is to speak powerfully if we want to make change in the world.

  2. What i understood is that there are seven deadly sins of speaking that we really need to avoid. First of all Julian said the human voice is the most powerful sound in the world but when they speak other people can't listen or don't listen to them because maybe they don't speak well or they speak in very low voice; so here are the Seven deadly sins of speaking: gossip, judging, negativity, complaining about simething, when we say excuses, lying to another person and dogmatism. We say it into people who simply aren't listening or because there are a lot of noise and bad acoustic.
Now a better way to speak powerful is HAIL which it means to greet or acclaim enthusiastically. For the letter "H" is honestly that is be true in what you say, be straight and clear; for letter "A" is authenticity, just being yourself; for the letter "I" is integrity which means be you word, be somebody people can trust and for the leter "L" is love that means wishing people well, the rason to love is to be absoluty honestly; but habbits can fall into.
if you want to increase the power of your speaking you have to use a toolbox. The toolbox has a register; a timbre (the way your voice feels) you can exercises doing breathing, posture; prosody; pace saying something really, really quickly or slow right down to emphasize; pitch, often goes along with pace; and volume.

what can understand the video is that the human voice is very powerful and can help change the world if used correctly, some people have some bad habits when talking and they Julian Treasure's called "The seven sins of speaking "gossip, judging, negativity, complaining, excuses, lies and dogmatism; also that the four foundations described in one word it Hail, means honesty, authenticity, integrity and love.
Julian Treasure compares the voice with a toolbox, which contains tools: register, timbre, prosody, pace (including silence), tone and volume. If these tools are used will make people better dialogue.
to discuss best practice also teaches how his voice by heating this, Julian Treasure shows us six vocal exercises such as breathing exercises, exercises for lips and tongue, we have to do before speaking.
if all the people we follow all these steps we would have a better way of speaking and would solve more problems through dialogue.

  5. About: How to speak so that people want to listen.
The human beings have special qualities compared with other creatures, we can express , we can communicate talking , however not always we are listened. So there are a lot of forms or habits to be listened . There are things that we have to do and other that we have to avoid, for example, we should avoid gossiping , judging ,negativity complaining ,excuses, lying and dogmatism.
If we want speech to be powerful we need to make a change in the words and the way that we speak, we should be honest when we speak, also be authentic in the way we are,in other words we should stand in the truth when we speak, have integrity in what we talk and obviously treat with love to others wishing them well.
It´s important to emphasize the main idea we want to express but obviously taking care how we speak, intonation, volume, the way we speak , te breath, we must avoid being exaggerated. Taking care of this advices we can be listened.

The human voice it’s a tool with the powerful to change the world but usually the person doesn´t know how use it properly and forget its importance, so not always we are listened. About that is important to remember “the seven sins of speaking” witch are: gossip, judging, negativity, complaining, excuses, lying and dogmatism, all of these are responsible that nobody wants to listen us and our voice can´t powerful.
Conversely we need some characteristics in our personality that we must practice when will speak: Honesty, authenticity, integrity and love, for mi this last is the most importance because if we have real love the other characteristic will appear spontaneously. Along with we have consider another tips to improve the powerful of our voice: to practice listening the register, timbre, volume, telling slow and clear, you can exercises doing breathing, posture and always to emphasize the main idea we want to express.

Julian talk about habits that we need to move away, perhaps can all fall into.
First, he explain about gossip, sometimes people speaking ill of somebody maybe who isn't present in these moment.
Also, we know that everybody have skills and defects, it's very difficult and hard when somebody is so negative and only lives to judging another people, instead of helping to improve.
The negativity has any forms like complaining, but now we complain about everything for example politics, sports, weather, it's is misery, also we don't search a solution for our problems.
Add, there are many people that said a lot of things that seem truth but all is a great lie.

Julian give us advice, how we can make change and avoid to act with bad opinions.

In many cases you have to think before to talk, practice the honesty, be straight and clear and the most important, is authenticity, be yourself and be someone people can trust.

We now have all the tools to make a change in the way we speak and think.
