This time, Julian Treasure talk us about one of the most important thing in our lives: the human voice. Usually we use it for communicate with the world and in fact, is an double-edged sword because you can have an argue or express love.

At first, he have talked about seven deadly sins of speak, they are: gossip , judge ,negativity complaining ,excuses , lying and dogmatism.

We can try to change this habits in our lives. We know that they are bad things for us; how we express is how people see us. People who are talking with this deadly sins, they have to change immediately. 

For help us, he told us about a mnemonic in order to improve our speak: HAIL. Normally it means: to greet or acclaim enthusiastically; but it isn't all. Honestly is the first,says that you be truth eve; Authenticity, when you show us like you really are; Integrity, for you will be your world and Love.

 Finally, we learn the importance of vocal expressions and he refers to the way how people use the voice human when they communicate with others. One of this things is the volume to speak. It is important to know what is the purpose of your conversation
