The people whose original languages is not English with a lot frequency are worried about the pronunciation because they feel insecurity in front of the Native speaker, so in that cases is important to Know some “tips” that help us to sound like a Native speaker.

1.       Connecting words (flow):
The rule is: If a word ends in a consonant and the next word begins in a vowel, we will have to make sure of to link it but it’s the next word begins in the same consonant we will omitted one consonant and to link it with the vowel.

2.       Squeezing some words:
The rule is: Don´t say all the syllables with all the letters we must cut some of them, for example in case of the word “interesting” the native speaker say “in-chre-sting”

3.       Squeezing letters: for example, "tr" sounds like "chr"or "dr" spunds like "jr" because it's difficult to the tongue to make the quick switch.

Another advices is to introduce some practice in our habitual life, for example we can improve listening to music in English or watching TV in English, can practice in dictation, trying to hear and cut the words you hear.

After mentioning this tips I am convinced that you need to know that the best secret to improve your English is “The practice, the practice and the patient”.
